Our return policy is quite simple:

We have carefully inspected and packed the merchandise you ordered. If you are dissatisfied
(for any reason) with any regularly priced item you receive from TWO SISTERS
you may return it for a refund of the cost of the merchandise.
However, SPECIAL ORDERS are not returnable.
SALE MERCHANDISE is considered final and cannot be refunded or returned.

You have 5 DAYS after receipt of your order to call us for a Return Authorization number.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT the RA#.
Call us (toll free) at (800) 343-9559 Monday through Saturday between 10am and 6pm (CST).

All returned items must be in new, unworn and unsoiled condition with all tags still attached.

Returned items must be shipped within 10 days prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.

Within 5 business days of the receipt of your return, we will refund the cost of the merchandise.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
